Public Liability insurance (Platinum & Gig Cover)

This will protect you against claims made by a third party for injury or property damage.

Professional Liability (Platinum Cover Only)

This will protect you against claims made as a result of professional advice you have given to a third party.

Personal Accident Insurance (Platinum Cover Only)

This will provide weekly and lump sum benefits should you become unable to perform or teach as a result of an injury.

Platinum Package: Cover only applicable whilst performing or commuting.

Platinum Plus Upgrade: Cover is applicable 24/7.

Scope of Cover:	Cover under the policy applies only whilst actually engaged in declared Business Activities, including commuting to and from such activities.
Age Limitation:	Up to 75 years
SECTION 1 Part A – Capital Benefits
Events 1 Accidental Death	$50,000
Events 2–19	$50,000
Part B: Weekly Benefits Bodily Injury
Event 20 & 21 – Temporary Disablement caused by Bodily Injury Benefit: 85% of Salary (as defined, arising from teaching & performing only) to a maximum of $500 per week, whichever is the lessor. Benefit Period Up to 104 weeks each and every claim with a 7 day Deferral Period each and every claim
Additional Cover:
Funeral Expenses	$2,500
Coma Benefit	$500 per week to max 26 weeks
Modification Expenses	$10,000
Aggregate Limit of Liability:
Any one (1) Period of Insurance (A)	$1,000,000
Any one (1) event with respect to War/Civil War (C)	$500,000
Any one (1) Period of Insurance with respect to War/Civil War (D)	$1,000,000

Wrongful Allegations Cover (Platinum Cover Only)

This will protect you for up to $500,000 in defence costs in the event of a wrongful/false allegation of molestation.
