Please note our online product cannot cover tour operators where the activities are:

• Adventure (canyoning, kayaking and rock-climbing and similar) activities
• Camping
• Adrenaline/Extreme Sports
• Water-based activities
• Cycling tours
• Pub crawls and other similar high-risk activities
• 4WD/Off road tours and other similar activities.

What does Public Liability cover me for?

If someone is injured or their property is damaged whilst on your tour and they feel you were negligent in some way, they may seek compensation for their injuries or damaged property. This is where your public liability policy will respond and handle that claim on your behalf.
